Data Bubble’s newest recruit…

Data Bubble’s newest recruit…

I know you don’t shout about it every time you take on a new employee, however this one is special……it’s my HUBBY!!! Yes, after years of badgering, my husband Steve has finally joined the fold to make this a truly family business.

Steve’s background may well be banking and finance, but he’s no stranger to the world of data – he’s married to me, a self-confessed data GEEK, so bless him, he’s suffered for years!!

He’s already mastered the art of conducting B2B data counts, B2B email campaigns and is currently helping with the re-design of our website. Whilst his actual role is yet to be decided 100%, he’ll be developing the customer service side of things. You may well be hearing from him in the future, if you haven’t already!

Steve, like me, is passionate about customer service. Having spent 24 years in a customer service environment, he is ideally placed to “champion” this role. He has worked in banking and debt collection, both UK and international, and has experience in most things financial. What he aims to bring to the company, besides obviously making me cups of tea and coffee (tee hee), is a desire to strengthen our brand further.

“Data Bubble Consultancy has been in my blood since its inception and whilst I’ve only really played a peripheral role in its growth until now, all that’s about to change! Anyone who knows Joanne knows about her passion for this industry and I can’t wait to work alongside her and share in that passion. There’s a lot for me to learn, of course, nevertheless commitment and dedication, coupled with a shared desire to continue the success achieved thus far will no doubt benefit both the company and our clients. I look forward to working both with Joanne and with her wider audience of friends, colleagues and clients”

A life long football fan, Steve suffers regularly at the John Smiths Stadium (Galpharm Stadium as was) watching Huddersfield Town, where he holds a season card with his son. He likes to hedge his bets though, as he has a second club in Everton (you’ll have to ask him why???) Steve shares my love of Formula 1 and is responsible for getting me hooked on cycling. Needless to say, with the successes our lads and lasses have achieved in the Tour de France and the Olympics, he’s been like a kid in a sweet shop with excitement this summer!!! Here’s his pride and joy (he treats it better than me!!!)
